You choose, which one is more professional when dealing with people:

1st situation:

• Contact the company many many times
• Force the person-in-charge to follow the way we want because we pay them
• If they are not following our way, we scold them like they don't have their own rules/procedures
• Force them to treat us like we are the only customer they have

2nd situation:

• Contact the company a few times and explain properly
• If problem occurs, you and the person-in-charge discuss appropriately
• We try to make them comfortable when dealing with us
• We follow their procedures because we want their service even though we pay them
